Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Custom-fitted or personalized orders are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@didgolf.jp with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the defect.
International Orders
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
