By accessing or purchasing from DID Golf (did-golf.myshopify.com), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

All DID Golf clubs are precision-manufactured to strict quality standards. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. Images are for illustrative purposes; minor variations in finish may occur between production batches.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

3. Shipping

We ship internationally from Japan. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. DID Golf is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier circumstances. The customer is responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in the destination country.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product designs, images, text, and the DID Golf brand — is the exclusive property of DID Golf and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

DID Golf is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Japan.
