Shipping policy

Production Lead Time

All DID Golf clubs are built to order in Japan. Standard production lead time is 8–12 weeks from the date of order confirmation and deposit receipt. We do not maintain pre-built inventory — each club is forged and finished specifically for you.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days, and a shipping notification with tracking when your clubs leave Japan.

All shipments include insurance and a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight. International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 24 hours of your ship notification, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are insured. In the unlikely event of damage or loss in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with photos and your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
